8-10 oz non-dairy milk, I tend to use unsweetened almond milk
2 oz coconut water
2 big handfuls of spinach
3 kale leaves (any variety)
1 cucumber, quartered
1/2 avocado
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 tbs honey
2 tbs hemp protein powder
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs flax seeds
