8 oz unsweetened almond milk or hemp milk
2-4 oz coconut water (depending on how thin or think you want yours)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple and mango chunks
1 frozen banana
1 tbs honey
2 tbs hemp protein (or protein powder of your choice)
juice from one lemon
1 handful of basil
1 large handful of spinach
1 peeled cucumber
2 ice cubes
