8 oz almond milk (or whatever variety you prefer)
2 oz of fresh juice, I like to use orange juice or pom juice
1 med frozen banana (I usually peel the banana when perfectly ripe and freeze it overnight to give the smoothie that perfect cool balance)
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (using a micro plane)
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 tablespoon ground flax
large handful of spinach
2 large kale leaves (any variety)
2 celery stalks
handful of baby carrots
juice from ½ a fresh lime
2-3 ice cubes
Make sure you have blender on high until everything swirls perfectly together and then enjoy!
