I love Sundays and I love pink so how better to celebrate this day of rest than by combining the two. I was thrilled to find out that I could make a green smoothie turn pink with a few simple ingredients. Hope you enjoy this little slice of heaven on earth.
4 oz fresh pomegranate juice
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
handful of spinach leaves
1/2 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
1 cucumber, peeled
1 cup frozen strawberries
half inch to an inch of freshly grated ginger
1 tbs honey
2 tbs hemp protein
1 tbs ground flax
