8 oz Almond Milk
4 oz fresh OJ
large handful of spinach
1 Kale leaf
1/4 cup of cilantro
1/8 cup of mint leaves
1/2 cup of frozen mango
2-3 ice cubes
pinch of cayenne pepper
(on days when I will be running I also add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt)
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax oil
This fills my 24oz smoothie bottle and I try to consume it two hours before my Friday morning ab & yoga class.
